Prices and payment
All prices are in SEK, Swedish Krona. All prices displayed include VAT (Valued Added Tax). Payment are handled by Paypal.
Your order will be delivered to the address stated when you made the order on the site. Shipping charges will be added to your order and displayed in the total cost of your order. Shipping rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
All orders are shipped with PostNord. The delivery time is for:
– Europe is 3-10 working days
– Rest of the World 6-15 working days
All orders are insured and trackable. Shipping fee is 155 sek (~16 euro).
Exchanges, Returns and refunds
Within 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. You must return the products to us in perfect condition. The products shall not have been worn, used or washed.
Contact us BEFORE sending your order back. The return cost are the customers responsibility. Moonflower will not compensate for return packages lost in the return shipping. Additional duties, taxes, or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded. The delivery fee is not refunded.
Any personal information saved on the site will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Cookies are used on the site to improve your browsing experience. In addition to use for statistical purposes, cookies identify your computer and allow the site to recall your personal settings.
Your browser can be set to send a notification when a cookie is activated. This allows you to deny use of this cookie or to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Uncollected packages are subject to an additional fee of 200 SEK charged by the carriers.
This fee and the corresponding shipping costs for the return of the package to Moonflower will be charged the customer.
Feedback and Complaint Policy
We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our customer service stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint as soon as possible either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
In case of nature distasters, war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental action, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, or similiar events moonflower.se will be able to carry out Force Majeure. This means that agreement does not need to be fully realized. If this occurs we will try to notify the customer of this as fast as possible.
